Agreement

By downloading or using Book Snapper: Find Books ("the App"), you agree to these terms. The App is provided by POLEN WORKS, UNIPESSOAL LDA, registered in Portugal.

Use of the App

• The App is for personal, non-commercial use
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You may not use the App for any unlawful purpose

Subscriptions & Payments

The App offers a free tier and optional premium features via subscription. Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings.

Content & Accuracy

Book identification is powered by AI and may not always be 100% accurate. We do our best to provide correct results but cannot guarantee the accuracy of every book identification.

Your Data

You retain ownership of your library data. You can export or delete your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.

Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. POLEN WORKS, UNIPESSOAL LDA is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
